The vegan binto was so good! we took it because of corona, but I can't expect to go back and eat there because the restaurant has a nice atmosphere.

I loved the vegan binto dish! We ordered it for takeout due to COVID-19, but I am excited to dine in at the restaurant soon because the atmosphere there is so pleasant.

We absolutely adore this restaurant and visit it nearly every week. They offer a fantastic vegan menu that is both affordable and delicious. Our go-to favorite is the two-person vegan bento meal, which includes a variety of traditional dishes.

I stumbled upon Injera by chance while walking by and was drawn in by the large sign advertising vegetarian and vegan options. The restaurant had only been open for a week in June 2019, but it provided a delightful and authentic Ethiopian dining experience. From the delicious food to the incredibly friendly service and traditional decor, everything about Injera was fantastic. The menu, featuring both vegan and non-vegan dishes, was concise and well-executed. I was pleased to learn that separate dishes were used to prepare the non-vegan options. My dining companion and I shared the two-person vegan meal, which included traditional Injera bread, a lentil stew, a slow-cooked vegetable stew, a salad, and a unique Ethiopian-style chickpea hummus. The daily stews may vary slightly. I found the Injera at Injera to be the best I've had so far, although I am not very experienced with Ethiopian cuisine. After our meal, the owner kindly served us a traditional Ethiopian snack of roasted wheat. The prices were very reasonable, and we even received a couple of soft drinks included with our meal. The tropical fruit juice I had was delicious and from a brand I hadn't tried before. Although Injera is not a fancy restaurant and is located in an older area of the city, I recommend not letting its appearance deter you from the delicious and authentic experience it offers.
