Meatball Sub Recipe

Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined, just like my [grandparent/parent] used to do in their kitchen.

Step 3: Roll the mixture into meatballs, just like the ones my [grandparent/parent] would make for family gatherings. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until they are cooked through and browned.

Step 4: While the meatballs are cooking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan on the stove. My [grandparent/parent] used to make their sauce from scratch, but store-bought sauce works just as well.

Step 5: Once the meatballs are done, assemble your Meatball Sub by placing them on a sub roll, topping with marinara sauce, and sprinkling with mozzarella cheese. Pop the sandwich in the oven or broiler until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 6: Enjoy your Meatball Sub just like my [grandparent/parent] used to make. It's a classic recipe that never fails to satisfy. This recipe will surely become a favorite in your family just like it did in mine.
