Chicken Parmigiana Recipe

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and reluctantly grease a medium baking sheet. In a small shallow bowl, crack an egg. In a separate shallow bowl, pour some bread crumbs.

Step 2: Dip the chicken into the egg, making sure it's coated, then into the bread crumbs. Place the chicken on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for 40 minutes, or until it's no longer pink and the juices run clear.

Step 3: Pour half of the spaghetti sauce into a 7x11 inch baking dish. Place the baked chicken over the sauce, and cover it with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top and return it to the oven for another 20 minutes.
