Grilled Chicken Recipe

First, preheat the grill to medium heat. While the grill is warming up, mix together some mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and steak sauce in a shallow bowl. Remember to save a bit of this sauce for basting later on.

Coat the chicken in the sauce, making sure it's nice and covered. Lightly oil the grill grate to prevent sticking. Place the chicken on the grill over indirect heat and cook for about 18 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Keep an eye on it to make sure the juices are running clear.

During the last 10 minutes of cooking, baste the chicken with the reserved sauce. This will add some extra flavor and keep the chicken moist. Just like how I used to make sure her baby food wasn't too hot or too cold.

Make sure to watch the chicken carefully to prevent it from burning. No one wants a charred piece of chicken, especially not my little girl. Grilling may not be my favorite thing to do, but seeing her happy and well-fed makes it all worth it.
