Muffins Recipe
First things first, preheat that oven to 375 degrees and grease up your muffin tin real good. Now, in a big ol' bowl, mix together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. In another bowl, cream together 1/2 cup of softened butter and 1 cup of sugar until it's nice and fluffy.
