Easy and fun prep. The curry is such a clever addition. I was slow to accept fruit in my chicken salad but this was truly delicious and guilt free.
I left out onions and celery, subbed craisins for raisins and red grapes for green, and forgot to toast the pecansServed in a wheat tortilla.
