These are hands down the best wings I've ever hadThis is my go to wing recipe, they stay crispy even after coated in the buffalo sauce.
These are not Buffalo, NY style. Buffalo style wings are deep fried, "naked." No flour.
I pulled the wings from the pan, let them dry for 3 minutes then dipped them in the hot sauce. Then broiled them for 3-5 min on high.
