Loved the flavor but I lost half of my burgers through the grill grate! I've never had any luck making turkey burgers so it may just be me.
Really good. Never knew to add water, but a great idea to keep it from drying out. Made it too runny to make on the grill for me, but it cooked really well in a pan.
