I went initially also so ;-) ideal are the amount when you are recalculated on 3 perons and use a 24cm pan. with a 24cm pot lid (without rim) this is very good. the tortilla is eaten hot or cold, if I eat tortilla cold, I leave the eggs completely torment. Usually we eat the tortilla warm, if something remains, we cook the rest of 2 minutes in the microwave and put the tortilla in the refrigerator.
