This was okayHalf of my family liked it, the other half didn'tIf I were to make it again, I would omit the white wine and reduce the onion.

This recipe was fantastic!! I had never used beaten eggs mixed raw into a dish that turned out tasting so good! I used bacon and Prosciutto in the mix and the dish turned out so good.

Was excited to make this recipe because I always have bacon on hand, and how could it be bad? But I made this as written and really didn't care for it.
