Instead of using Soy sauce I used Liquid Aminos All Purpose Seasonings. I also added a little (~1TPBL) of orange juice. The dish is very good. Definitely will make it again.

I wound up just using the sauce to make a modified version of the kabobs for my family, since the version in this recipe didn't work for us.
