Short story: made this for my husband, and he declared it the best dinner I ever made himFollowed all ingredients to the T and added a yellow pepper and a tomato, because I had them.

Didn't have sea bass: used cod instead. Not a great substitution. Still, it was a good dish. I plan to use the recipe again with grouper, halibut or sea bass.
