Brined for 6 hoursRoast was only 1.5 # so used half recipe for brine.
My pork loin was over 3 lbs and this was still enough brineI made sure to use kosher salt and did not find the pork to be too salty.
Easily one of my most favorite dishes I've made!! Super juicy. Full of flavor. Very tender! I will definitely be making this again!!!
