at petit chef, the explanations are always quite simple, so I am a loyal reader. I prefer 200gr smoked speck, which I wish to cut in speck after mine, they must of course be browned.Classic recipe and the real for my taste
I also sweat the speck, but it is speck smoked with chicken and I add ham and crème fraîche with light 4% fat and believe me a light torte and so good 3 eggs instead of 4
hallo, I make my own diligent, but no foliage, a merciful is much better! I do not add milk, otherwise it is no longer the real quiche lorraine ...
