I also find the pine nuts somewhat superfluous. I looked nice, but I could give up. otherwise a really great tasty eating that makes quite rich. thank you for the recipe - have uploaded pictures and hope that they will also arrive. 5 stars of me (I know, however, that the first assessment will unfortunately not yield 5 stars). grüsse - alex

I think you should shut down the temperature a little bit next time... probably yours will be hotter. at 160° or even a little lower, and then try if you have to leave a little longer. my carvings were long not so dark (if it looks very tasty :-) and stayed juicy. just try a little. maybe it's on the used of the rail? I always take the second lowest. there is not so much above-heated to the carvings. the self-developed causes have always been created at my heart or in the many and there are already a few temperature differences. but it's nice that it tasted so good! lg koelkast

I had divided chicken breast fillets, I also prefer to clean. in the spinat-gorgonzola sauce, I've got another hauch cayenne pepper. my tip: the pine nuts I'll roast next time. the ones lying on top, were of course crispy, the ones that sacked in sauce, just not. and especially in pine nuts I like it crisp. is reboiled to all cases. super!
