At the risk of incurring the wrath of all the previous reviewers, I made this today and found it slightly lacking depth/body for lack of better descriptive wordsI left no ingredient out.
I have made it three times. I used it for St. Louis ribs and smoked full brisket. Didn't change a thing.
I used white vinegar. It taste good and is a very crowd pleasing sauce.
