As we have now found out, you can also prepare the dough in double or triple the amount, portion the unused part, beat into flat cakes (then thaws faster) and freeze. Before preparing, simply let thaw completely on a floured board, roll out and prepare as described above. It's very quick and easy.

Hello, that sounds good. We only had pizza today - so it will be a while before I try it out - but I've been looking for a thin pizza for almost forever. So far, frozen pizzas are unfortunately still our favorites. Today's was - despite half the amount - much too thick for our taste. I'll get back to you when I've tried this pizza and hopefully like it better. Thanks kiki

This super ingenious pizza recipe just has to be appreciated. This is the first homemade pizza that actually tastes like an Italian (actually even better)! When I thought of the ingredients, I thought there was more to it than that - and it was like that! From now on there will be no other pizza on the table with us. At most, the delicious chorizo ​​might be exchanged for fresh mushrooms or Parma ham with rocket.
