Today we had the Frutti di Mare pizza. Delicious. Thank you very much for the nice recipe- I put a few more cocktail tomatoes on the tray, because of. the splash of color. Photo is on the way!
For the brisk variant on a rainy Friday, I made a quark oil dough (available here at CK) and the sauce made from two pressed garlic cloves, tomato paste and good olive oil. Then add the seafood and cheese as described - terrific! Thanks for the idea!...
