Hi, patrick! Today I had her 5 cheese sauce with macaroni and I really enjoyed it. except for the Parmesan, which I replaced by a pecorino, everything was prepared exactly according to the recipe (with fresh garlic). However, I consider that the size of the specified portion is too abundant. half of that would easily have been enough for good diners.
