I did not make this soup but being from Hawaii, Miso was a staple in our houseMy mom made us soup when we were sick! Tofu should go in after the soup is made, right before you serve it.
We have made it 4 times now - it's very yummy. Part of our regular soups now.
Perfect!! It's simple to make, full of flavor, and just like our favorite sushi restaurants serve.
