Since I had a pink eater and a full eater, I seared them all around for different lengths of time (very short and a touch longer). Then the meat is removed and wrapped well in aluminum foil. Then put the sauce in according to your recipe and then put the meat back in briefly to warm up. Then melted tomatoes and rosemary potatoes. My guest accessed it with pleasure ;-) LG Kerstin

However, I seared the chops for only 2 minutes and instead of keeping them w... read more Hello, tried your recipe last night, the sauce was awesome, I could have sat in it. However, I seared the chops for only 2 minutes and instead of keeping them warm, just turned the oven down to 100 degrees and let the chops finish cooking in it, in the meantime I could finish the sauce, just great and stress-free, but next time I'll make double Amount of sauce !!
