Hello Guisador Very nice recipe. However, I also inserted slices of garlic under the skin, then it becomes even more "garlicky". I always do this when the skin remains on. Thank you for the delicious recipe. Best regards smokey1

Thank you very much, this is very very good! The garlic aroma comes across very elegantly yet definitely. Surely a big highlight for all garlic fans!! I stayed close to the recipe, just used more white wine and less chicken broth. In total about 1:1....
