So, I made this salad exactly as written and was disappointedThe tomatoes the next day absorbed the vinegar flavor and tasted like they were overripe and foul.
I made this for a cookout and it was a big hit. I didn't have grape seed oil so I used olive oil. it was delicious! I will definitely make this again.
Love the acidity! Nice combo of vegetables. It is actually good warm.
