I made this with sole instead of cod, omitted the oregano as I did not have any, and used gluten free beer and flour, but those were the only alterations that I made.
Really good. I used catfish instead and kept all other ingredients the same. The sauce is what really makes this recipe top notch. My husband enjoyed it also.
I fried about 2.5 minutes each side.
