This is my favorite way to eat cucumbersAt our house, we prefer to use about 1/3 fat free sour cream instead of all yogurt.
Great basic Raita recipe! Tastes great with Jeera (cumin) chickenMake sure you taste, add mint/cucumbers as needed.
Great base. Didnt use mint, used fresh cilantro and chopped green onion. Diced the cucumber. Delicious!
