Made as written. Was really good, but would have liked more sauce. Next time I'll make it creamier.
Delicious, easy recipe. I didn't change a thing and ate it all in two sittings. This is exactly what creamed spinach is supposed to taste like.
It would have rated a five without the garlic. Other than that, it was tasty. Just a little more cayenne did the trick.
