this recipe has a lot of potential, but overall we found it too bland and with not enough variation of texture.
Just not very good. Very starchy and one-note. It probably needs more veggies mixed in with it like onions, peppers, spinach. Would not make again as is.
I was pleasantly surprised with how this came outI will modify it next time to have more filling for the burritos as I wasn't able to find a 6" tortilla.
