Sounds good, though I think it makes you hit the flame out of all holes. what scares me is that it has to simmer for 6 hours. so much time I never have. is 6 hours the minimum? dear sweet molly

It's really sharp...but not hellish... at the number of chilis I had hoped for something really chön charfes. the cooking time is definitely too high at 6 hours... after the addition of the potatoes reach 30 to 45 minutes.
