I added a lot of fresh basil leaves and some vegan pepper jack cheeseReally enjoyed it that wayMay try a layer of spicy guacamole instead of the mayo/garlic next time.
I made this on an indoor grillI used sliced whole wheat bread, and no red peppers so I used chopped green peppersEven with these changes, it still turned out wonderful.
