Hello, The recipe came just in time as I had bought too much broccoli for the last weekend and the leftovers needed to be processed quickly. I already had the remaining ingredients at home, so there was a quick and tasty meal. The raisins and pine nuts were very clever! Instead of individual ingredients (parsley, lemon zest, garlic), I used a gremolata that I always keep in the fridge, which is not really a change to the recipe. The amount of olive oil and pasta water can be adjusted to vary the sauce quantity. Thank you for providing the recipe! From me ***** Best regards krillemaus.

Hi, a fine recipe from Southern Italy. It gets particularly good when the raisins have been soaked in rum beforehand. Best regards, Laby

Actually, this is already a modified version of the southern Italian "Pasta Pugliese". Possibly delicious, but raisins (sultanas) in pasta dishes are unfortunately not my thing. But keep it up. Fortunately, you can almost always find Orecchiette for sale in Germany, and one should definitely make use of that. Otherwise, we will soon have pasta salad with cannelloni !!
