I visited during a busy period and noticed only one person was taking orders while the owner was busy filling straws, which created an extremely long line. We ordered Blizzards that were so melted we couldn't even enjoy them. The New York cheesecake Blizzard had no strawberries in it whatsoever. This was the worst experience I've had there.
