I dropped by for lunch and was impressed by the thoughtful service from the employees. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service today. The staff was not only friendly but also engaging, which made me think that perhaps the manager had a chat with them lately. It had been about a month since my last visit, but I decided to give it another shot, and I'm glad to report that everything went wonderfully. View all feedback.

Came through the drive thru around 3:30. They forgot my ice cream. I tried calling all yesterday and finally got through today. Mind you the only thing they gave me was a sticker with a number on it. These people said there wasn’t anything they can do. I enjoy dining at Culver's with friends. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I highly recommend the Chicken Tenders, Chicken Sandwich, and Sundaes. The average cost per person is $10-20 for a dine-in meal.
My dad is a huge fan of this restaurant, and it has quickly become his favorite place to eat! He can't stop talking about how friendly and welcoming the staff are, and he always enjoys the delicious food they serve. During our last visit, he even indulged in some delightful custard! The staff at the counter were very friendly and provided us with prompt service, making sure our food was hot, fresh, and just as we ordered. We returned later to take some food home, and the young man who helped us was exceptionally polite. Even my companions, both in their late 80s, were impressed by everything about the restaurant. I also noticed someone was constantly cleaning, which was reassuring during these times. My dad is already looking forward to going back, and this time, he's determined to get more of that yummy custard!
