Supposed to be a lazy ski day up maiskogel however it was too good to worry about jelly legs. Popped into Saulach looking for typical skiers fayre but was offered a Special' of medallions of beef fillet with pan-fried veggies etc. It was cooked perfectly...and tasted great.
