Came to this location in Dec again today both times their drinks were awful ?...asked for drinks to be made again still no good. Freeze wasnt mixed well or frozen all the way, black tea was very discolored During all this I kept repeating specs on order but they wouldn't bother to turn the music down ?? didn't even apologize for their mistakes. So disappointing. I think I will stick to 16th St location. View all feedback.
