I had prepaid for a 2-night stay for one of our contractors, and when he checked in late his reservation had been cancelled without refunding our 2-night paid stay. I was forced to make a NEW reservation at 4 am in order to secure him a room after he had slept in his car for several hours. This reservation management was atrocious. View all feedback.
