This Starbucks is my favorite starbucks for the last 3 years. From icy chocolate espresso to icy blonde vanilla salad to Kastanie Brule Latte to refreshers to icey coffee they make all these drinks right. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful, fast and the shop is always clean. I have taken pictures of decorations before the store at various times of the year. View all feedback.

Yesterday, I walked in to pick up an online order and ended up waiting 30 minutes, only to find that my order was completely incorrect. When I politely informed one of the three baristas on duty that my order was wrong, he snapped at me, insisting I get in line and order something else, claiming he couldn’t process a refund due to the now hour-long wait.
