Waited 15 min in drive-thru and line did not move. Asked the girl that brought an order out to a car, ‘can you send the manager out, this line has been stopped Im stuck between 2 cars’. She said no gave me a dirty look. I called about 6 times, but nobody answered the phone from inside. Ppl slowly got out of line I went to Carls Jr. This is not the 1st time this McDonalds was horrible. View all feedback.
