I order from here at least once a month. I only order a great ish order and everything was right! My order is correct most of the time and the food is almost always hot and fresh. I still gave him a 5 star, because if an article was missed or the food was half-warm, it is not the end of the world (for me). It took an hour to receive our food.... Saturday night so understanding... But the guy that brought it was snooty to my husband and the pizza had really no bbq sauce on it just a hint at the crust end.
