We ordered using Burger Kings app, the only issue I see with the app is that you either have to drive through the drive-thru anyway or go inside to get it. My opinion is they should have designated parking stalls for customers that order using the app, like other fast-food places. Otherwise the food was good and hot and the staff was really nice!!! What Unhappy mom doesn't like about Burger King:
The drive-through took 20 minutes and my order was incorrect twice. They refused to refund me and overcharged me for a more expensive sandwich than I ordered. I requested specific toppings on my sandwich, which the wrapper indicated were available as extras, but the staff disagreed. This Burger King is the worst I have ever visited. View all feedback.
