This is a terrible restaurant. The Panda Express location I visited served me undercooked food in very small portions. I received noodles that were barely cooked, yet I was still charged full price. The staff were unfriendly and had a stern demeanor, even for the smallest issues. I will never return to this place and would advise others to look elsewhere. I wish I could give them zero stars.
