I was very disappointed. The tonkotsu dish started off looking promising, but ultimately fell short. The noodles were the only thing that was hot on the plate. The pork (chashu) was cold and tough, and the center was completely cold as well. The broth was merely warm. I attempted to warm up the cold pork with the noodles, but it was a futile effort!
