I've never had a bad experience at Munchies. The staff has always been kind and helpful. Every time I've visited, they've been happy to chat. I did have an issue with one meal, but they were quick to send out a replacement and even gave us a 1.5-liter bottle of Coke, which only costs £1, as a gesture of goodwill for the mistake.
