First time customer. We waited 15 minutes to get our order taken with the restaurant less than half full. I ordered the pad thai spicy and it came to me almost a half hour later with no heat. I sent the plate back and it came back to the table with a bunch of seasoning dumped on top of it and was not hot and was a gluey mess.
