My daughter loves this place, and so do I. We've been coming to the Wynnewood location for years and will continue to. Yes, things have changed since Covid, but things are working towards the good. I find that a little kindness to staff enhances their kindness in return. A lot of the time, our youth are finding their way and just need a little nudge. I wish I could leave 0 stars.... Dirty!!!!! Broken machines!!! I asked for a sample and was told they only give samples of 2 flavors and that machine is broken. Seriously? I then clarified twice to make sure I had heard correctly- I did! I then asked.... So I can 't have a sample of the salted caramel pretzel? . She said no. So, we left.
