All in all, the experience was okay, but the ravioli that my wife ordered was definitely not okay. It contained a black, sand-tasting substance. It was reported to the waiter, the plate was removed and returned a few minutes later without any form of apology, let alone a compensatory allowance to compensate for the drastic error.
