My family, friends, and I often use this takeaway or go for meals in the restaurant. Takeaways sometimes take an hour to come but the food is always hot and of good quality! The restaurant itself is a little cramped but we always have good service. We’ve never had any problems with the takeaway or restaurant, and it’s definitely our go-to place for Chinese food! What mattwhb doesn't like about Royal Beijing:
Having ordered a delivery of vegetarian dishes I was horrified to find one of the dishes contained beef! When complaining I was told that all they would do is take the cost off of the next delivery I ordered. I don’t think that I will be ordering again from a restaurant/takeaway that clearly doesn’t take vegetarian food seriously. Such very poor customer service and food! View all feedback.
