Food was gorgeous. What a great menu on offer at Ashleys, some really different things that you normally wouldn't expect to see. I too am new to this restaurant after having tried it at random, pleased that I did. Will definitely be returning for some more delicious grub. Good value too. Recommended.
Months agoGood place and decent food, but the service was delayed there is a scope for improvement.. we ordered some dishes which was delivered more than min later. Overall recommended.Ambience was good.
Very clean premises, attentive friendly service, interesting and varied menu, reasonably priced. The food was prepared with care and attention to detail. The side dishes and garnishes were full of flavour and freshness and the main dishes were exceptional. I recommend the green lamb, their signature dish, and also the tamarind potatoes. The menu includes a page of street food, a very nice touch, and an authentic one. We'll be back!
This charming little takeout spot has a modern decor and an amazing selection of vegan options. The staff was friendly and well-informed, and they took the time to assist me in choosing my meal. I especially enjoyed the tawa rumana. I highly recommend this place.
Ashley’s is closing at least as a sit in restaurant. It will continue to satisfy its loyal followers and amaze many off chancers with its great range of flavoursome, quality offerings, all at prices that don’t furrow the brow. From its 20 plus years as a BYO to now, Ashley’s has served the discerning diners of Worcester in an understated, unflashy manner that tells of just how good it has always been. Tonight, deeply flavoured Kerala fish with naan and tarka dhal, tandoor grilled tender haloumi cheese with garlic rice, and chicken mushroom biryani, all superbly spiced and balanced. All delicious, beautifully presented and attentively served. So, just ten days left. It’s up to you. Otherwise, you’ll be needing to order a delivery or collection takeaway …
