The service at this restaurant was extremely poor, with the food arriving over 30 minutes later than the estimated online time. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was told that it was busy because it was a Saturday, despite it actually being a Tuesday at 5:30pm. The pizza was cold and the six-piece dinner I ordered only came with four pieces. When I tried to address these issues with the manager, they argued with me and told me to speak to the owner, Sam. Additionally, the chicken and sides were served cold.
Ok so I'm right down the street from golden pizza and I call them and the first negative thing is that it took 3 people to even talk to to order cuz no one spoke good English...2nd thing is that the pizza shouldn't take about and hr...and third the guy was smoking a cigarette and unprofessional...I said it should take long he said it's hot for you I went inside and I bite it and it wasn't even warm..I dislike the driver for taking his time and giving me a warm/cold pizza and the people at the place couldn't speak English good so with are you doing there if you can't understand I'm sorry but really if you wanna work in pizza you have to understand the customer.
Horrible customer service , horrible food , just all around God awful ! cannot wait until they go out of buisness and get replaced by a real pizza shop !!!!
We live 2 mins from this pizza shop, we ordered delivery and it took over an hour before we called the back to see where our pizza was the owner gave us attitude and because we had checked on the status of our pizza! I will never order or eat from thisplace again. It was not the first time I've had a problem with delivery from them.
Dry pizza was the worst thing I have had from them ordered a meat lovers and it was dry no sauce bland flavor
