Understanding this was a Holiday Monday, I called in to order a pizza for pickup. Was told that it would be 20 -25 minutes. Went there around 25 minute mark. Paid for pizza and server went back to get it and came back and told me that it was just going into the oven. She advised that it was very busy and she appologized.
