I am curious as to why this restaurant chain does not permit the staff to accept cash tips, only allowing tips to be shared among team members via credit card. I tried to order a smoothie and witnessed the manager, Amanda, yelling at her employees. She then took my order in a very rude manner while discussing the whereabouts of a cockroach on the floor with a worker. I will never be returning to this restaurant. P.S.
